Ian Millar - Day Five 2008.07.02

 

Day Five: Wednesday

Everything is going downhill, in the last few days my computer has started to act up and crash when ever it wants but only when its not plugged in. It seems to be a Lightroomproblem. Now I can't even upload images or access anything through the program. This is not good since I am not at home where the application install is.

 

Problem 2- I had the sweetest 13 km downhill lined up today and when I went to unload my bike, both tires were low on air. Not usually a problem but my super prepared team took my presta adapter from so i was left stranded with no way top put in air. Not stoked.

Problem 3- for the second day in a row the team got lost and they were disqualified because they were so far off the course they could not back track.

I may have got a few nice pics but an ugly haze merged the ocean and sky into a white blah and after going through my shots I've discovered that I have lost half of my day on my Flash Card... today is the greatest.
