Damned! We might have actually got our timing wrong as the sun didn’t get up for another twenty minutes!
Cleaning lenses once again, discussing our coming day over a coffee in this cold dawn.
The sun rose quite quickly. Thomas took his Lanparte shoulder rig, 5DII and 50mm Pentacon, and I used Canon 7D, and the 100-400mm Canon IS. No time to waste before the shitty italian vertical light would show.
Funny to hear the alarm in each tent and see tired faces popping out trying to be happy in front of the camera. Time for all the team to take a piss, and get showered in the only sheep trough in the valley.
Then we took off to Cinque Terre to check out the place and eventually shoot a few sequences, and the pilots decided to check Roma, « for sure, full of girls, Vespas and Mozzarella ». We gave them the little 550D canon plus a Sigma 24-70 f2.8 to take some shots of this bellissima city !
