F-Stop Street Crew are Brand Champions, Tech Reps, and Events Promoters
Members of the F-Stop Street Crew are brand champions who spread the brand vision, values and cultivate the brand to the public. The F-Stop Street Crew program is geared toward supporting those photographers who choose to use F-Stop and inspire others on a daily basis. The main criterion for inclusion to the program is not always the person who publishes the most pictures, but the person who inspires others by chasing their own personal bests. The benefits for the F-Stop Street Crew include limited discounts and access to limited edition product, invitation to F-Stop company events, and kickbacks for advocating the brand to consumers.
All members of the F-Stop Street Crew are required too:
- Be familiar with all F-Stop products and own a minimum of 3 F-Stop products (bag, strap, t-shirt, etc).
- Be an experienced adventure photographer
- Communicate relevant brand differentiation
- Ensuring that the brand has an attractive personality
- Making sure the brand stands for something important
- Help creating, sustaining and ensuring F-Stop delivers passion for the brand’s mission, vision and promise
- Ensure that F-Stop acts with consistency and integrity
- Maximizing the public’s awareness of the brand
- Must have a publish portfolio website or blog
- Keep the brand alive and “vital”
- Be willing to visit one local event every other month
- Attend one F-Stop Gear training per year
Requirements
F-Stop Street Crew are required to attend various events around their local area or a far. A Street Crew event is defined as a contest, festival, trade show or similar gathering where like-minded photographers and potential customers would meet. Your duty is to become involved with the event in a promotional manner being available to educated individuals on F-Stop Gear. Street Crew members will receive a discount coupon card to provide prospective buyers a 10% discount if they buy an F-Stop Product within 14 days of the initial event. The Street member will also receive a commission on the transaction.
A Street member can receive up to $50 USD for their attendance at the event. Rates must be negotiated before the event is attended and is determined according to a Street members role at the event. Members are able to promote F-Stop Gear in numerous ways at the event, from a booth setup to shooting the event as a photographer. We are looking for people who are social and are able to strike up a conversation in a positive light, while modestly promoting the brand. We are not looking for aggressive sales or our members spamming product in person or online. Any one found behaving in this manor will be removed from the program.
All members of the F-Stop Street Crew are entitled to:
- Receive a 35% discount on all F-Stop Gear
- F-Stop Friends with Benefits 1st Base Membership (while active).
- Promote their own event attendance through the F-Stop Web site
- Incentive commissions on F-Stop product sales through attended events or website affiliate links
- Front of the line service in regards product or service requests
- A day rate of up to $50 for appearing and promoting the brand at pre-determined events.
Street Crew Rules
- Your F-Stop Gear discount is only available to Street Crew Members. No family or friends may use the discount.
- Any member found promoting the brand in a manner considered by F-Stop Gear to be inappropriate will be removed from the program without notice.
- Any member found to be acting against F-Stop Gear's rules will not be entitled to their previously unpaid commissions.
- All events promotion requests will require a full submission of event information. This will include event press release, dates, image and other required details to promote F-Stop's presence at the event.
- F-Stop Gear does not pay for event expenses. The set appearance day rate is inclusive to your day’s expenses.
