Here is a review from our German Distributor from one of the German Photo Mags. I do not speak german (sorry), but feel free to check it out.

The Summary (as it has been related to me) is that the only thing they did not like about the Lotus was the small ICU and that it only attaches to the bottom of the pack (no side or top attachment). Both the Satori and Tilopa come with the Larger ICU and have attachments at the top and bottom. The New ICU will come in three sizes and have attachments on all 4 sides (allowing for a better fit with all packs and all ICU's).
