Today was indeed our grand finally.  No climbing tomorrow, we were all too tired from the days prior.  So we decided to go for it and climb what the guidebook calls one of the most adventurous routes in all of Red Rocks; The Warrior.  It is an 8 pitch 5.11a that ascends Cactus Flower Tower, all week we had talked about when we would finally nut up and just go for it.  I guess today is the day.

I woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the next 2-3 days of climbing.  Yesterdays relaxing was exactly what we needed.  Today we decided to go up and climb a 5 pitch route called Drifting 5.11c.  We had read a few amazing reviews of the route and seen in from afar.  The approach was the steepest yet but fairly straight forward.  After ascending about 1200 feet you land on top of a prominent ridge line with views in all directions.
