Bertie Gregory is wildlife filmmaker and photographer who began his career as a schoolboy dashing out of class to go sit in a pond and watch birds. From a very young age Bertie recognized he could channel his obsession with wildlife into photography. Photos from this obsession earned him a number of awards including the title of the Youth Outdoor Photographer of the year. Bertie then went on to study zoology at the university of Bristol. In 2014 he graduated and began assisting legendary big cat photographer Steve Winter on assignment for National Geographic. Bertie has since shot 2 Nat Geo WILD TV shows (Mumbai's urban leopards and caiman hunting Jaguars), BBC Planet Earth and you may recognize him from his Nat Geo online series wild_life where he was searching for the elisuve coastal wolf on Vancouver Island. All this before his 24th Birthday. Bertie is currently producing a new series for National Geographic following the toughest animals on the Island of South Georgia.
