Experience Yellowstone in its season of renewal—when the snow recedes and life bursts back onto the landscape. Spring is a time of energy and drama: bears emerge from their long winter rest, roaming valleys in search of winter-fallen carcasses. Wolves linger at the edges, waiting their turn at a meal. The great herds of bison welcome new calves, dotting the plains with red-tinged “spring babies,” while elk and moose mothers fiercely guard their young against ever-watchful predators.
Late May and early June is a time like no other. Grizzly and black bears are often at their most visible, freshly out of their dens—sometimes with tiny COY (cubs of the year) in tow. Wolves, foxes, and coyotes are actively hunting, providing rare opportunities to witness raw survival unfold. Bighorn sheep linger in accessible valleys, while raptors, songbirds, and waterfowl return from their southern migrations, filling the skies with movement and sound.
Every day brings fresh stories on the landscape—moments of tenderness, tension, and the timeless cycle of life. For photographers, the variety is endless: from intimate portraits of predators and newborns to sweeping shots of snow-tipped peaks giving way to green valleys. Spring is Yellowstone at its most alive—wild, unpredictable, and unforgettable.

Saco do Mamanguá is a very special place for a variety of reasons: unique geography, untouched Atlantic Forest, remote (no-road access) and traditional caiçara culture. We will explore the highlights of the region and still have time to keep it slow.
13.05.2026: We will meet in Paraty Mirim harbour at 11h30 where a boat will pick us up and lead to the villa. After check in and lunch, we will choose a remote beach of our preference and just relax. During dinner (included in price), we will get to know each other better and set the tone for the next days.
14.05.2026: We will paddle through sea, mangroves and visit a beautiful waterfall. On the afternoon, we will lunch on a traditional village and have a private craftwork demonstration (both included in price). Then we will find a nice place for sunset. Dinner included.
15.05.2026: Workshop morning. We will discuss topics accordingly to participants experiences. Then we'll do a short trail to another beautiful beach, get to know locals and see where they live and work. On the way back, we will stop to for a sunset firepit. Those who want can grab drinks.
16.05.2026: Sunrise hike! We will go up the Sugarloaf (its another sugarloaf) at 5am to catch sunrise. Stunning views. Then back for breakfast and some time off. On the afternoon we are free to chose what to do - stay at the villa, paddle or visit another section os the region.
17.05.2026: Breakfast and free activity morning. We will leave back to Paraty Mirim harbour after lunch.

In spring 2027, we will set off together on an extraordinary photography expedition to Svalbard.
At a time when the Arctic winter is slowly receding and the landscape is bathed in an incredible combination of snow, ice and soft light.
Together we explore the fjords and pack ice around Svalbard on a small expedition ship with only 12 guests on board.
Our goal:
Experience the beauty of the Arctic, observe wildlife and capture the special moments of this landscape in photographs.
This trip is designed for photographers – but also for people who are attracted to wild places, silence and real expeditions.
Late March and early April are among the most fascinating times to visit Svalbard.
The landscape is still completely covered in snow, the light is slowly returning and the mountains begin to glow in pink and golden colors in the low sunlight.

This trip is not a classic cruise. It is a real Arctic expedition.
Our route is determined by weather, ice conditions and wildlife sightings.
With only 12 guests on board, we have the flexibility to react spontaneously and take advantage of special moments.
When we spot polar bears on the pack ice or the light makes a glacier front glow, we take the time to stay right there.
This freedom is one of the greatest advantages of a Small Ship Arctic Expedition.

While most tours come back for lunch, we stay the whole day in the water. Different from other cats, Jaguars are active all the time. Caimans are usually sunbathing during midday and that is when the attacks mostly happen!
07.09.2026: we suggest arriving at Cuiabá the day before, we will meet for lunch or dinner, get to know each other and set the tone for the trip (this overnight and meal not included in price, but both are no more than US$120).
08.09.2026: early leave to the wetlands around 5am. We will stop on the way for every shot opportunity. Lunch when we get at the hotel and first afternoon in the river!

bis auf die Höhe des Nahekopfes, auf dem schon die Kelten siedelten.
Immer wieder kann man beeindruckende Ausblicke und einzigartige Fotogelegenheiten entdecken.
Viele verschiedene Blühpflanzen und mit etwas Glück auch einige Wildtiere
und Insekten lassen es auf der Tour nicht langweilig werden!

Il meteo delle Faroe è talmente variabile però che spostandosi di pochi kilometri le condizioni dal brutto tempo potrebbero passare a condizioni epiche per una Fotografia di Paesaggio Fine Art.
