How to Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
Please contact f-stop’s Relationship Management Team via email or telephone at +1.253.236.0070 for an RMA.
How to ship your RMA product to f-stop:
Pack your product in the original shipping box, or any cardboard box, and use a shipping service that offers signature delivery confirmation; this provides proof of return for both parties. We strongly encourage shipping your RMA via UPS Ground; this method of shipping provides a tracking number and insurance. f-stop is not responsible for return shipping costs or packages lost in transit.
Please include the following:

Your name, return address and telephone number

The f-stop Return Merchandise Authorization Number – provided by the f-stop Relationship Management Team

A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting

A copy of your dated receipt and/or additional information as requested by the f-stop Relationship Management Team

Reference your assigned f-stop Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the outside of your package
Failure to include the required information / documents may cause a delay in processing your claim, or the package being returned.
Refunds may take between 5 – 7 business days to process, once an item has been delivered to our returns facility. Please allow up to six weeks for refunds to be applied, dependent upon the credit card company used for the original purchase.
