Q: Will this fit a Nikon D4 with a 70-200 lens attached?
A: Yes, the Pro Large ICU will accommodate that camera and lens combination, with plenty of room to spare for other items. If you only have the D4 and the zoom lens, the Medium Slope ICU would be a better fit.
Q: Will this fit a Nikon Z 180-600mm and a Nikon Z9?
A: It would be a tight fit if you carry them attached. If you have a different lens mounted on the Z9 everything would fit. The internal height of the Pro Large ICU is around 37cm | 14.56 inches.

By far my favorite ICU! I use it in every one of my f-stop bags. During my photography trips, I always carry two Canon EOS R5 and 4 lenses. It could fit 5 or 6 lenses total with extra accessories. It is a super roomy ICU. I am often asked by my customers if they should get a X-Large Pro ICU and I don’t see how someone could potentially need more than a Large Pro for hiking or for landscape photography trips. Another cool feature of the ICUs is they are so easy to setup. You can literally setup dividers anywhere! Some brands will apply Velcros to specific locations which is annoying because you can’t get creative with dividers. I personally use the ICUs for storing purposes. Once they are filled, I put them in a Nanuk case which makes the whole setup even easier to stack while giving it some water resistence.
CanadaI bought the Pro Large camera bag insert for my Ajna 37L Duradiamond backpack. The insert is very well made and has room for loads of equipment. There is really nothing wrong with it. However I can only give it 4 stars because the compatibility chart says it is recommended for the Ajna 37L backpack. It does fit, but there is almost no room for anything else in the backpack. Had I known, I wouldn't have bought it. I have a slope medium insert and it is a much better fit for the Ajna 37L. I just really hate the slope part of it. I wish Fstopgear would make a Pro Medium insert. I do recommend the Pro Large insert.....just not for the Ajna 37L unless you don't really want to carry anything else but photography gear.

ITI’ve used an Anja for a long time, and always used a Medium Slope ICU. Wanted something bigger for when I need more gear. This is perfect, and lets me easily customize based on what I need. Can easily fit camera and lenses + small monobloc strobe. Also will fit my Elinchrom ELB 1200 power pack and head making it easy to travel with.
CanadaI bought the Pro Large ICU for my Anja Diamond backpack. I needed a unit to protect my 200-600mm lens. It does the job and protects my gear. I love all of my f-stop gear products.
