What Does This Limited Consumer Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new f-stop product accompanied by this warranty statement. This warranty does not affect or modify any warranty provided by the f-stop retailer / distributor nor does it affect any additional rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.[1] The warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover rips, burns, tears and damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e. zipper wear, fabric abrasion, etc.).

Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property. Some states, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.


How Do I Make a Warranty Claim (when you purchased directly from f-stop)?

First step is to contact f-stop customer service. We will ask you to send photos of the damage, and don’t worry about hi-res images. We are pleased to accept photos you take with your phone.

All defective or damaged products must be returned to f-stop for evaluation and will be replaced at our discretion. If the warranty claim is approved, f-stop will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to use when you return the product.

If you choose to return a product for some other reason not related to a warranty claim, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping to f-stop. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking, insurance, and signature delivery confirmation. f-stop cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.


How Do I Make a Warranty Claim (when you purchased at a dealer location or online from a dealer)?

The first step is to contact the dealer who sold you the f-stop bag. The dealer will contact us, and we will work with your dealer to process your warranty claim. It’s important to work through your dealer, because they will have your purchase information such as date of purchase and price.


How Will f-stop Process My Claim?

After receiving your photos and determining whether the warrant claim is valid, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and, we will contact you to arrive at a mutually agreed upon resolution of your claim.
