f-stop Warranty Policies

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority; therefore, f-stop proudly guarantees that every product we make will stand up to the use for which it was designed. f-stop stands by this guarantee and provides warranties on our products, to the original owner, against defects in materials and workmanship.

Materials: the fabric and components our products are made from.

Workmanship: the construction of the item, example sewing or welding.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty exchanges and refunds.

What Does This Limited Consumer Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new f-stop product accompanied by this warranty statement. This warranty does not affect or modify any warranty provided by the f-stop retailer / distributor nor does it affect any additional rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

The warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase.

Warranty claims on product purchased from a dealer or distributor must be made to the dealer or distributor from which the customer purchased the product.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover zippers rips, burns, tears and damage caused by accidental damage, improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e. zipper wear, fabric abrasion, etc.).

Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property. Some states, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?

All defective or damaged products must be returned to f-stop for evaluation and will be replaced or a store credit provided at our discretion.

For f-stop products purchased at a dealer location or from any party other than f-stop, to request warranty service, please visit the dealer from which you purchased your f-stop product.

In the event the product was purchased from f-stop, customer is responsible for returning the item to f-stop. Please be sure to ship the package with the forms and label provided. f-stop cannot replace packages lost during return shipment.

What Will f-stop Do?

After inspecting the product and confirming the defect, we will, at our discretion, provide a store credit, repair or replace your f-stop product free of charge. If your product is no longer available, we will issue a store credit or replace it with a similar product of equal value.

Who is Extending this Warranty?

This warranty is extended by f-stop LLC, P.O. Box 771194, St. Louis, MO 63177-2194 and is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA
