Grant Barnett Photography

Grant Barnett is a UK-based wildlife and bird photographer with a passion for capturing the character, behaviour and fleeting moments that make wildlife photography so rewarding.

His photography takes him from the Cotswolds & British countryside and coastal habitats to some of the world’s most exciting wildlife destinations, photographing species ranging from birds of prey and owls to bears, wolves and other iconic wildlife.

Working primarily with Fujifilm equipment, Grant combines a technical approach to photography with patience, fieldcraft and a strong emphasis on natural, authentic images. He is particularly drawn to intimate wildlife portraits, birds in flight and images that tell a story about an animal and its environment.

For Grant, photography is about more than simply recording a subject. It is about being present in the environment, understanding animal behaviour and waiting for that decisive moment when light, composition and behaviour come together.

Through his photography and social media presence as The Fujifilm Birder, Grant shares his images, experiences and passion for wildlife photography with a growing community of fellow photographers and wildlife enthusiasts.

As an f-stop Ambassador, Grant is proud to represent a brand whose equipment is designed for photographers who spend their time where the adventure actually happens — in the field.
