Nathan Clark is a wildlife photographer and cinematographer based out of Washington State in the US. Nathan is passionate about documenting wildlife behavior and photographing them in their environment.
Nathan grew up on a farm in central Nebraska in the US, where Nathan's love of wildlife was shaped by the rhythms of the plains—migrating Sandhill Cranes overhead, Prairie Chickens booming each spring, and many opportunities to learn about local wildlife.
As Nathan's passion for photography grew, he found himself traveling far from home in search of elusive, “iconic” animals. But as he has matured, he has focused more on the animals he can find in the western part of the US and Canada so he can spend ample time studying and filming throughout the seasons and over multiple years. He has found that this allows him to really understand a subject's behavior and have the best opportunity to document it to share with others.
Nathan hopes that his images and video inspire a sense of wonder for the natural world and a desire to protect it
