Victor started his career while completing his Marketing Communications degree, shooting assignments around the globe for high-profile surfing magazines. As a photographer, he went on to develop his expertise in editorial photography working for world-renowned Reuters and Getty Images agencies in Spain and in Asia. Victor has covered events that he is most passionate about, having photographed 3x Summer & Winter Olympics Games, Formula 1 GP's, several world swimming championships, athletics, soccer, badminton, and Grand Slams ATP & WTA tennis tournaments.

Victor is well known for his ability to work with world-leading talents and for having worked extensively on behalf of sponsors and national sport associations. He has developed his style which has been seen his work published in Sports Illustrated, ESPN, Quo, Men's Health magazine among others. His work has been recognized in numerous international photography awards.

Victor's shift to commercial photography began in earnest in 2009 after 15 years of editorial experience. His clients include Nike, Rolex, Red Bull, Neil Pryde, HSBC, UBS, Infiniti Motors, Ballantine's, Volvo Ocean Race, KIA Motors and Billabong.

Vince Maidens is a Canadian wildlife photographer and workshop / safari leader. Award winning photographer and contest judge Vince has traveled the globe to photograph all forms of wildlife, especially owls. Mentoring and continued education are also a passion of Vince’s as he strives to help better the art of photography with constructive critique and challenging projects.

Will is an outdoor leader and wildlife filmmaker based in remote north east Scotland. His passion is all things nature and his photography and filming has taken him to the dense jungles of Java and Borneo to the chilly plateaus of Norway. His background is as an animal biologist and has been working as a photographer and camera op for the last three years.

Will runs photography workshops around the country but focusses mainly on working with young adults from Scotland. Participants can look forward to learning a lot about native flora and fauna, tracking skills and how to take a good image. 

Will’s work has been seen in Bird Photographer of the Year, BBC Wildlife, RSPB, ITV, and more. He loves nothing more than working with people and animals. His adventurous lifestyle has enabled him to work with some unique and beautiful animals.

I graduated from the Royal Institute for Theatre, Cinema, and Sound in Brussels in 2011 and have been a full-time freelance timelapse & hyperlapse photographer since. 

Having been based in Antwerp, Sydney, and London over the last decade, I've worked with a global network of top-tier brands, film production companies, firms, and agencies.

With over 220,000 followers across platforms, I have one of the largest followings in the timelapse & hyperlapse space.

As a key figure at Backcountry Journeys, Matt has played a vital role in organizing many of their 100+ photography workshops. He is dedicated to sharing his expertise, helping fellow photographers hone their skills, and creating unforgettable experiences in the field.

Matt was raised in the outdoor mecca of Truckee, CA which has inspired a life dedicated to exploring the World’s most remote places while inspiring others through amazing imagery. He has traveled to over 75 countries and all seven continents, filming for some of the biggest brands in the world as a director of photography, camera operator and drone pilot. He operates two media companies, TahoeMatt Media and Mosaic Studios.

Matan is a pro photographer, 39 years old, born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel.
As an avid world traveler and explorer, Matan has been to over 85 countries and the count goes on. Being in some of the most remote locations in the world from Mount Everest to the Dead Sea and from the lush jungles of the Amazon Forest to the Kalahari desert.

In 2018 Matan decided to sell his property management company and focus on photography full time. He is passionate about exploring, and sharing knowledge with others.
