David is passionate about preserving old growth forests and works to increase public awareness through his nature photography and videography. David recently earned his Craftsman of Photographic Arts with PPOC in Spring 2022. David recently won the prestigious “Best in Class” Award in Fine Art at the 2020 Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC) National Image Competition. David also qualified as a finalist in the same competition for the Canadian Photographic Artist of the Year. David also received his Advanced Operations Drone Pilot License, which has helped him employ drone photography for a diverse range of photographic work. David recently became Singh-Ray Filters’ first international brand ambassador, as well as other well-known camera brands like f-stop, Cotton Carrier, FLM Tripods, & Topaz Labs.

With over 18 years of photography experience, David has over 100 images published in books, magazines, and calendars around the globe. David is continuously inspired by both landscape and wildlife photography and has photographed across Western Canada, the Yukon, several US states, as well as Italy. Some of David’s recent art installations include the Sidney Waterfront Inn & Suites Hotel and the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital in British Columbia, Canada.

In 2020, David “retired” from a 25-year career fitness industry to pursue full-time career in photography.

Dara Ojo is a celebrated macro photographer known for capturing the intricate beauty of arthropods. Based in Edmonton, they have showcased their work at major platforms like the United Nations Conference on Biodiversity and have been featured in upcoming documentaries with PBS and Love Nature. Dara’s photography emphasizes the essential role these small creatures play in the ecosystem, intertwining themes of diversity, conservation, and endurance. Their work aims to shift public perception and foster a deeper appreciation for the natural world’s tiniest inhabitants.

Daniele is a landscape photographer and videomaker with passion for taking aerial content with his drones, creating particular and atypical compositions.

Daniel Iglesias was born and lives in Sweden but has the whole world as his workplace. Daniel works as a Wildlife photographer & expedition leader and has done this for the past few years. At the moment he works for different companies that organize expeditions and photography trips all over the world. As expedition leader, he meets a lot of people, and he does his best to tell and inform them about the animals they see on the trips. He wants people to get as good insight into the lives of animals and their way of life as possible. If he gets to choose his destination, he prefers deep rainforests with lots of venomous snakes, beautiful birds and different species of primates. Before he started working as a Wildlife photographer and expedition leader, Daniel worked as the Team Leader and curator of mammals and reptiles at a zoo in Sweden. Daniel has over 25 years of experience with tropical animals, and they have always been a big part of his life. Daniel bought his first camera in 2009 and since then has always had a camera close at hand. In addition to his travels and expeditions, Daniel is involved in several conservation projects in Sweden. He documents, bands and builds nesting sites for both Peregrine Falcons (Falco peregrinus) and Ospreys (Pandion haliaetus).

Daniel Cofar Szabo is a self-taught photographer who lives in Segovia. Thanks to the surroundings of large natural landscapes and fauna, he enjoys landscape, bird and macro photography. Through his photos he tries to make people enjoy the beauty of nature and at the same time respect it! Every day he is thinking and planning the next outing, to try to capture a new sunrise, sunset or a good capture of the Milky Way. For 2 years, together with a group of friends, he has been teaching photography workshops, where he tries to transmit to his students his knowledge and his love of photography.

Dani Lefrancois is a photo guide, adventurer, and knower of things based in the Canadian Rockies. She first fell in love with photography as a child during family road trips around Canada, exploring the beautiful landscapes around her. Her passion grew stronger after a transformative trip to Banff, Jasper, Yukon, and Alaska in 2003. By 2011, she made the leap to Banff, pursuing her childhood dream of living in the mountains and working as a photographer.

Dani now runs Banff Photo Workshops & Tours, where she guides and teaches other photographers, sharing her love of nature and photography. She helps people connect with the stunning beauty of Banff National Park and beyond. Passionate about chasing sunrises, hiking, and road-tripping, Dani also enjoys knitting during her downtime.

She finds joy in capturing both the big, dramatic moments in nature and the quiet, everyday beauty that often goes unnoticed. Ever the optimist when it comes to mountain weather, Dani approaches life with energy and a sense of adventure. With a camera in hand, she is always searching for new ways to inspire others to appreciate the simple, fleeting moments in the world around them.

Dan Zafra is a professional landscape and astrophotographer originally from Spain, based in the desert Southwest of the United States. His work combines a mix of artistic vision with technical expertise, drawing inspiration from majestic landscapes and the beauty of pristine dark skies. Dan is dedicated to helping others unlock their creative potential through online tutorials, photography tours, and workshops. His work has earned recognition from organizations like NASA, National Geographic, and Forbes, and he won the People’s Choice award for the 2022 Astronomy Photographer of the Year.

Co-founder of Capture the Atlas, Dan curates resources like the Milky Way Calendars and photography collections that inspire others to explore the night sky such as the Milky Way Photographer of the Year.

Dan Schykulski's journey in photography began when he picked up his first point-and-click camera 15 years ago, igniting a passion for capturing the world's natural beauty. Known for his stunning landscape photographs, Dan has become a sought-after collaborator for various brands and tourism boards, using his lens to showcase destinations around his home province of Alberta Canada.

The Canadian Rockies have truly capturer his heart and creativity. With every click of the shutter, he paints vivid portraits of these majestic mountains, earning recognition and admiration from fellow photographers and nature enthusiasts alike. Dan Schykulski's work not only reflects his technical expertise but also his deep appreciation for the wilderness and his commitment to preserving its splendor.   

Cynthia Bandurek is an Argentinian Conservationist Ecologist, Field-Naturalist, Nature photographer, and wildlife artist. She has worked for more than eleven years at the Natural Science Museum and two years at the Darwinion Botanical Institute in Buenos Aires. In January 2021, Cynthia moved to Costa Rica to pursue work in conservation biology and conservation visual storytelling.

She participated in Conservation Projects in Argentina. She is the author of the Book: “The World of Small, An Approach to the Universe of Arthropods from an Artistic, Visual, and Evolutionary Perspective.”

Cynthia is Paws Trails Explorers Magazine's Editor for South America. She is Nature First Photography’s Ambassador. And she teaches Macro Photography.

Criz Quinn is a travel and photography enthusiast based in the US. She enjoys immersing herself in different cultures, forming meaningful connections, and capturing breathtaking sceneries in remote locations around the world. She loves visiting the arctic regions and has trusted f-stop gear products to keep her camera equipment safe from the harshest elements since 2018.

With a focus on Landscape and Aerial photography, Criz is also a licensed commercial drone pilot in the US and EU. Criz has owned and managed several photo tour companies in the US and Iceland since 2018. This has allowed her to gain extensive experience managing logistics and organizing exclusive photography tours and experiences.

In addition to her artistic pursuits, Criz is a licensed clinical laboratory scientist specializing in Molecular Pathology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is highly respected in her field, having co-authored a book on Advanced Diagnostic Microbiology and published numerous peer-reviewed clinical articles on Infectious Disease. Criz is presently attending a Marketing Management and Digital Strategy program at Harvard University.
