Frank Otto Pedersen is a Norwegian photographer and teacher based in Kristiansand. His work focuses on the meeting points between light, landscape, and atmosphere. Inspired by the shifting weather and rugged coastlines of the North, he often works to emphasize texture, contrast, and mood. His photographs explore the tension between movement and stillness in the natural world. Frank is married to Karen and they have three daughters together.
