NLI bought this bag for several reasons. A friend has one and I borrowed it for an event I was shooting; I needed MULTIPLE lenses (including a telephoto) and fell in love. It’s so spacious, tons of pockets, comfortable to wear and the entire design is well thought out. It’s a bit on the heavier side, but it’s functionality makes it worthwhile.
USMy inaugural trip using this Tilopa bag was to South Africa. It proved exceptionally well-suited to my needs, comfortably accommodating all my belongings. It was an outstanding experience.
ITI purchased the Tilopa 50L DuraDiamond before jetting off backpacking around Sri Lanka and South East Asia for 12 weeks. I am writing this review in Thailand, having spend 3 weeks travelling Sri Lanka. This bag can do it all. The rain performance is second to none, especially here in Thailand as I just yesterday spent 7 hours island hopping around Phi Phi, and it took any splash or downpour fantastically. I could not recommend this camera bag enough.

I’ve taken the F-Stop Tilopa 50L DuraDiamond (Anthracite) on some intense shoots—from chasing rally cars in the Saudi Arabian desert during the Dakar, to capturing surfers on the Moroccan coast—and it’s never let me down. This bag is bulletproof, comfortable, and smartly designed. The DuraDiamond fabric handles sand, salt, and impact like a champ. The modular ICU system fits my full Sony FX3 rig, monitor, lenses, GoPro, audio gear, and accessories perfectly. The back-panel access is a lifesaver in dirty or chaotic environments. It’s incredibly comfortable even fully loaded, and it looks clean and pro. Plus, it fits in overhead compartments for flights—huge win. After years of searching, this is the one. For action sports, travel, and serious filmmaking—the Tilopa is simply the best backpack out there.
FRGreat bag- straps were too wide for a peak design capture clip which was a deal breaker. Sent it back and sticking with my original Tilopa and Duradiamond Ajna.

F-stop has always made amazingly well built and rugged gear, and has only continued to refine their products with each new generation of bags. This is my 3rd Tilopa (first one was back in 2014) and is even better than my second one (2017), which had survived being tossed off vehicles, dragged by wild horses, and protected my camera gear in snow, heavy rain, dust storms, and just about every environment you can imagine. The newest genration of Tilopa has some welcome upgrades, including metal buckels, DuraDiamond outer material, and better padding across the chest straps and back. 100% recommend to anyone who needs the "everything bag". Hike, bike, toss it in the overhead for a flight...this is the bag you want.

I bought the Tilopa Dura Diamond about two years ago. It’s now my all round bag. I had a small issue with it a few weeks ago and contacted fstop customer care. They swopped out the bag immediately. Can’t rate them highly enough.
