Rowan Poortier is a professional safari guide and wildlife photographer based in South Africa. He works in remote safari destinations, guiding and photographing in the field, and spends much of his time documenting wildlife, landscapes, and daily life on safari. Alongside his guiding work, Rowan also photographs lodges, interiors, and the overall safari experience for lodges and private reserves. His work is practical, experience-driven, and shaped by years spent living and working in wild places.
