Sabina’s connection to nature blossomed early in life, eventually leading her to pursue a Master’s degree in Biology, where she deepened her understanding of ecosystems and conservation. From there, she built a career as an expedition leader and wildlife photographer, combining scientific knowledge with a passion for exploration and storytelling.
Her work has taken her to some of the most remote and breathtaking places on Earth, including the magnificent Great Bear Rainforest on the west coast of Canada, which she now calls home. As an expedition guide, she shares her love for the natural world by leading immersive experiences that foster a deep connection to the rich biodiversity of each destination.
Photography plays a central role in her work. Through her lens, she captures the intricate beauty of nature while highlighting the urgent conservation challenges facing our planet. She believes that creating powerful images should go hand in hand with respecting and preserving the environments in which they are made.
She also finds great fulfillment in helping others grow their photography skills, empowering them to tell their own stories. Through shared experiences, she aims to cultivate a deeper appreciation for the natural world and inspire collective efforts toward its preservation.
