Anke is a passionate landscape photographer based near Nuremberg in Bavaria, Southern Germany.

Curiosity and the desire to explore something new marked the beginning of her journey into photography. Early on, she realized that her true love lies in landscape photography, where she brings together tranquility, vastness, and natural aesthetics.

Before photography took on this central role, she was deeply engaged in the visual arts. Through oil painting and watercolor drawing, she developed a strong sensitivity for color, composition, and visual structure. These artistic foundations continue to form the basis of her photographic work and shape her distinctive visual language.

Since 2017, she has dedicated herself wholeheartedly to landscape photography. On her travels through Europe, she captures the diversity and beauty of nature under a wide range of light and weather conditions. In doing so, she has learned to appreciate being equipped with excellent gear and being well-prepared for the journey.

Her work has received multiple international awards. Highlights include the International Landscape Photographer of the Year (ILPOTY) 2019 – Lone Tree Award, along with numerous other prizes at prestigious international competitions.

In addition to her photographic work, she shares her passion through illustrated lectures, offering audiences insight into the unique impact of landscapes under changing light conditions and from different perspectives and she takes great pleasure in sharing her passion for photography with other photographers in carefully designed workshops.

During the last years, she has expanded her photographic practice to include drone photography. From the air, new and often abstract perspectives emerge, revealing familiar landscapes in unexpected ways and powerfully enriching her visual language.

Toby Roney is an award winning photographer, filmmaker and expedition specialist
with a focus on the outdoors and the people who are drawn to wild places. He has
created work for brands including Arc’teryx, Garmin and YETI, and his imagery has
appeared in publications such as Red Bull Bulletin, The New York Times, The Guardian
and Sidetracked Magazine. He is sponsored by Peli Cases and Enduristan.
A sense of curiosity, enthusiasm and commitment to adventure runs through Toby’s
work. He has documented expeditions across the world, from filming in minus twenty
seven degree storms on Iceland’s Vatnajökull ice cap to mountaineering alpine ridges in
the Alps. In 2025 he joined Ed Jackson in the Tien Shan mountains of Kyrgyzstan to
document a world first ascent of an unclimbed 4720m peak. He also served as director
of photography for Generation Shegeng, an Arc’teryx documentary charting the rapid
rise of climbing culture in China.
Toby is trusted to operate in environments where conditions are demanding and self
sufficiency is essential. Whether working from helicopters over erupting volcanoes, solo
shooting for twenty two hours on technical terrain or managing drones, sound and
camera as a single operator, he brings adaptability, calmness and a clear sense of
narrative. His skillset is supported by a wide range of field qualifications including CAA
authorised drone operations with A2 CofC and Ofqual Level 4, outdoor first aid,
avalanche awareness, winter mountain planning, Level 1 IRATA rope access,
paragliding, powerboat handling, scuba diving and both UK driving and motorbike
licences. These capabilities allow him to work safely and effectively across land, sea
and air in challenging environments

Evan Watts is a wildlife photographer based in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Born and raised in central Kentucky, he left the rolling mountains of Appalachia for the rugged Rockies of the west. He now resides in Gardiner, Montana and leads photo tours and workshops in Yellowstone, Alaska, the Tetons, and beyond.

Megan Brief is a wildlife photographer and nature writer based in Bozeman, Montana. She inspires empathy for endangered species by using storytelling as a bridge to belonging, understanding, and action. Her explorations have taken her to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, beneath the waves with Galapagos penguins, across the Arctic in search of polar bears, and through the grasslands of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. 

Megan grew up in New York’s Hudson Valley, where the mountains and marshlands nurtured her reverence for nature. What started as photographing microcosms in her backyard, led her to document human-wildlife conflict and coexistence on local hiking trails as part of National Geographic's Open Explorer initiative.

Megan holds a Master’s degree in Nature-Culture-Sustainability Studies from the Rhode Island School of Design. Her graduate thesis, "Exploring Multimedia Storytelling as a Novel Tool to Inspire Americans to Participate in Wildlife Conservation," sought to combat wildlife crime with compassion. With the plight of the pangolin at the center of her investigation, she examined ways in which Indigenous knowledge and cultural mythology could be leveraged to enrich scientific research and understanding.

Megan works remotely as the Digital Marketing Coordinator for Natural Habitat Adventures, the world's first 100% carbon-neutral travel company and official conservation travel partner of World Wildlife Fund (WWF). As Marketing Lead for Nat Hab’s Women's Journeys program, she empowers women on global eco-adventures to experience nature and return home as ambassadors for conservation.

It all started with a Yashica. His father's camera, which he still has today, became the first step on a journey marked by curiosity and a deep respect for nature.

A self-taught photographer based near Barcelona, he uses nature and landscape photography as a way to explore, learn, and tell stories. For him, every photo shoot is an adventure and every expedition a personal challenge. Patience, silence, and careful observation are as important as the camera he holds in his hands.

Through his images, he aims to inspire more than just admiration. He wants people to feel a real connection with nature and be motivated to protect it.

Martha is a nature and landscape photographer born and raised in Mexico City and now based in Colorado. Her fascination with photography began at an early age and evolved into a powerful way to share the beauty, emotion, and significance of the natural world. With a background in art and graphic design, her practice deepened through a formative black-and-white film course, where learning to develop her own images shaped her understanding of photography as both a technical and expressive craft.

Her work is driven by a love for the outdoors, a spirit of adventure, and a desire to connect people more deeply with nature. Martha’s photography seeks not only to document places, but to translate the emotional atmosphere they evoke, creating images that offer moments of pause and reflection in an increasingly fast-paced world. Embracing experimentation and play allows her work to grow organically, free from rigid expectations.

Martha is the co-founder of Outdoor Photo Alliance and Horizons Photography, both created with the vision of fostering connection, learning, and growth within the outdoor photography community. Carlos González is the photographer and founder of Xtrem Photo Tours (xtremphototours.com). His work is focused on capturing the raw power of landscapes in real-world conditions, primarily across the Asturian coast, the Picos de Europa, and Iceland. Moving away from staged or catalog-style shots, Carlos seeks the authenticity of every location, chasing dramatic light and moments where nature shows its wildest side. She comprehensively chronicles the vigour and vitality of their readily seen and rarely seen daily lives in the arc of a day. Her international life experiences, earth sciences studies, and global environmental and sustainability management career, give her an empathetic eye for the synergy and symbiosis of nature, life, and culture. Her photographs open hearts and minds to how these people work closely together to balance their economic priorities in an environmentally sustainable, socially responsible, and ecologically regenerative manner. Ju Shen has undertaken photo expeditions to Bhutan, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Preparations for these 1-2 month expeditions include detailed research on all aspects of the geography, nature, and architecture at these locations, and the history, culture, and livelihoods of the people there. She also consults local experts for their extensive expertise and experience. This knowledge, access, and time enable her to uniquely photograph and holistically chronicle both the readily seen and rarely seen daily lives of the people and communities there.

Neil Simmons is a photographer with a flair for life that shows up in his work. With a background in both business and photography (as a double-major at San Jose State University), fueled by a true affinity for the art of making pictures, Simmons exemplifies what it means to establish a reputation in the field of professional photography. As co-owner of Roam Wild Photo Tours, Neil has taken his 25 years of professional photography and created an outlet to share his skills with clients.  

Raised in Santa Cruz, California and currently based in Jackson Hole Wyoming, Neil has spent decades photographing iconic landscapes and elusive wildlife, from Yellowstone and the Tetons to remote corners of the world. Through Roam Wild Photo Tours, he focuses on small-group experiences, thoughtful instruction, and ethical wildlife practices—helping guests not only capture compelling images, but also develop confidence, vision, and a deeper connection to the places they explore.  Simmons lives close to many of his favorite photogenic spots, and enjoys the challenge of getting the shots he wants while on the road.
