William Chua has been a Fujifilm ambassador for the past 10 years. Based in Singapore, he is an internationally recognized, award-winning photographer with expertise in weddings, portraits, travel, and wildlife photography. 

He has received over 300 international awards, including those from IPA (New York), MPA (London), PX3 (Paris), PDN, Sony World Awards, and One Eyeland Awards. 

His most notable accolades include being the Top Singapore Wildlife Photographer 2021 from One Eyeland, Top 12 Global Photographer 2020 from One Eyeland, PX3 (Paris) Wildlife Category Gold Award Winner 2014MPA Far East Convention Winner 2011Rangefinder (Global) Wedding Photography Contest Winner for two consecutive years in 2013 and 2014, and one of the Top 5 Wedding Photographers Globally in AGWPJA 2010

In addition to his accolades, William has participated in exhibitions: in 2022, he co-hosted a photo exhibition in Singapore to support the Breast Cancer Foundation; his photo of the wildebeest migration was showcased at Photokina 2018 in Cologne, Germany; and in 2011, he held a solo exhibition of his wildlife images at Raffles Hotel, Singapore. 

Working closely with Fujifilm Singapore and Fujifilm HQ in Japan, William has contributed to the launch of various Fujifilm products, most notably as one of four photographers selected globally to endorse the Fujifilm XT4. He was also a speaker at Fujikina 2022. 

His work has been featured in prestigious publications, including Silverkris MagazineDrukair MagazineAsian Geographic, and Geographical Magazine (UK). He is also a co-author of Your Guide to Great Photography, alongside other renowned global photographers. 

His images are consistently selected as NatGeo Editor’s favorites, and they are represented by Modern Art Etc in Los Angeles, California, for sale as fine art prints. 

Having led photography workshops worldwide and given numerous talks on photography, William aspires to help photo enthusiasts elevate their skills to the next level. 

Raised in Botswana, William Steel's lifelong captivation with wildlife and untamed wilderness ignited a deep love for nature. His journey began with a fascination for birdlife and evolved into a desire for storytelling.

As an ambassador for SIGMA South Africa and an international ambassador for f-stop, his work has been published in renowned magazines and books, including the Remembering Wildlife series. He has also received recognition in regional and international competitions. Having worked as a photographer within the natural history film industry, his images have been featured in esteemed projects for National Geographic and the BBC. William's attention now lies in the photographic tourism industry. He hosts, guides, and teaches his guests the joy of photography and exploration, throughout Africa and beyond.

In 2022, he established the South African Photographer of the Year competition, aiming to nurture and honor creativity within the country. For William, photography is not only his career but, above all, his passion. He has an unwavering love for capturing the awe-inspiring beauty of the natural world and sharing it with others.

Photography came to Guillaume quite naturally throughout his travels.
In 2013 he was living in New Zealand and faced with the beauty of the landscapes, he began to want to immortalize this intact nature. Since then, this passion hasn't left him and has continued to grow.

Today, he is happy to share his work through his eyes and his sensitivity.

He believes that nature gives us a lot, photography is his way of giving back a little of what it gives him by sharing its beauty to better preserve it.

HOME BASE: SPAIN

Gonzalo Manera is a photographer from Madrid, Spain. He’s loved sports since he was a child and his passions have always been skateboarding, snowboarding, BMX, and being in the mountains. When he started shooting his first subjects were his friends skating and snowboarding and in a few years he made his way into the industry and started working as a pro.

He has been shooting for over 20 years and soon after starting photography, he started into video as well. He feels truly fortunate to work with magazines and brands from all over the world but his greatest accomplishment is to wake up every day with passion for his job and not having a boss.

Gonzalo is always doing creative work and he curated a snowboard photography book called The Eight and runs Visual University, a weekly photography podcast.

He currently lives in Madrid and when he is not shooting or traveling he is spending time with his wife Marta and kids, Teo and Cecilia.

Gina Yeo is a professional landscape photographer specializing in the Canadian Rocky Mountains and a passionate educator. Gina hosts both downloadable online and in-person landscape photography workshops in which she aims to help photographers learn how to take images that fill them with joy and pride. When Gina doesn’t have her camera pointed at a mountain scene, you can usually find her hiking mountains, traveling, camping or listening to a book on Audible, while she tends to her three teenage children and energetic springer spaniel. 

Lukas was born in Basel, Switzerland in 1985 and is a full time professional photographer with a focus on reportage and landscape photography. 

Through his many travels, he brings with him a variety of different images and experiences. His eye for the exact and right moment as well as a creative flair and love of detail, characterize his work. 

His preoccupation with nature and being outdoors has accompanied him since his youth.

Lukas says: 

"Artful landscape photography is an art form, like creating paintings. Reportage is the perfect way to tell stories, evoke longings, visually transport people to other places and draw attention to a particular cause."

He also regularly publishes articles in photo magazines and is involved in educating photography enthusiasts - about being creative in the field. Uncomplicated, flexible, and free from overly theoretical influences.

Giancarlo is an adventurer, nature photographer, videographer and educator from Italy. Drawn to cold places from a young age, he has been working in the Arctic, Antarctica and other high-latitude regions since 2017. With his work, he strives to instill awe of the natural world and to inspire people to take action to preserve it.

Over the years, Giancarlo has taken on a variety of roles, ranging from expedition guide, photographer and educator on board vessels in the polar regions, to content creator for nature conservation and rewilding organizations, to cinematographer and drone operator on nature documentaries, to photography workshop leader.

With nature conservation being his primary focus, Giancarlo is also an accomplished visual effects artist and teacher with extensive experience in the film industry.

Before arriving in Asia, Gary was a photographer & Videographer in the British Army

Gary’s career as a military photographer working in Combat Camera Teams helped develop his unique and intimate style

Gary had exclusive access to Princes William & Harry during their military service, as well as being an official photographer for the Royal family, including the Queen.

Work took him to a variety of exciting locations from Northern Ireland, The Balkans, the Middle East and Africa. Gary is an avid traveler and is currently exploring Asia.

In November 2015 - Gary was privileged and fortunate to be awarded a job that allowed him to shoot “Behind the Scenes” with Heads of State of the APEC Nations. This allowed unprecedented access and interaction with the leaders of the APEC Nations including President Obama of the USA and President Xi Jinping of China.

In 2017, Gary became an official Fuji X-Photographer and brand ambassador for Fujifilm.

Clients of F8 Photography range from Ducati, Pirelli, Audi, UBS, ABN Amro, Coca-Cola, Swire Properties Hong Kong, Asia jet, and Bookazine, amongst many others.

Home Base: Italy

Luca is a sportsman, he participated in the Chamonix climbing world championships in 2003, he is a climbing instructor, a climbing route setter and a mid-mountain guide.

He loves to photograph mountain sports but also big events like the 2012 London Olympic ceremonies, Sochi 20164 and Rio 2016.

He loves to photograph ski, mountainbike, trail running and climbing and all sports, especially if there are extreme conditions! In 2008 he founded risk4sport, an agency specializing in photography and action sports videos.”

Luca Manassero, aka RawTherapy, is an Italian photographer and videomaker living in the mountains of northwest Italy. His career began with event and concert photography before transitioning to the VR 360 world. He's an expert drone pilot, particularly skilled in FPV flying. His passion for technology drives him to continuously evolve his style and content creation. Luca has taught various video making courses with action cams in Italy and produced several online courses on photography and drones. RawTherapy has built a community of photography enthusiasts, inspiring and encouraging viewers from beginners to experts.
