The Shallow Medium ICU (Interchangeable Camera Unit) is a compact, padded, configurable case to carry your camera bodies, lenses, and key accessories. It features storage space for compact camera gear, padded lid with a ¾ length zipper for easy access to your gear. The Shallow Medium ICU is perfect for days when you need to carry 1-2 compact mirrorless bodies or compact DSLRs and up to 3 lenses, or need to make room for more accessories in your pack. The padded and microfibre lined interior features removable padded, microfibre lined velcro dividers to allow full customization so you can pack your gear how you want it. The elastic retainer straps help prevent your gear from rattling around while you’re on the move. ICUs are at the very heart of the f-stop modular camera bag and pack system, allowing you to customize how much room your camera gear takes up in your pack.
Q: Is there padding on the Front Lid?
A: Yes there is padding pillow inside the lid that can be removed or bent and placed under the ICU. The padding is not as thick or rigid as those on the sides.
Q: What is the weight of the Shallow Medium ICU?
A: The Shallow Medium has a weight of 0.43 kg.
Q: Will this fit a Nikon D700 camera body, the Tamron 150-600mm lens and another two lenses?
A: The Shallow Medium camera insert will fit the NikonD700. But the Tamron 150-600 would have to be detached from the camera body and have the lens hood reversed. It will most likely fit all the gear if the additional two lenses are not too big.

This is the perfect size insert for me. it holds my entire digital kit, or my entire film kit. I have two. Just swap the insert for the days I shoot film, or swap back for the days I need digital. It's the prefect solution for me.

GermanyThe ICUs themselves are great, I have a few. The last order was mis-delivered (delivered to wrong address in neighbouring town) and the shipping company sent it back to f-stop. It has been two weeks since it was shipped back and I haven’t heard from f-stop or seen a refund yet. I’ve tried contacting f-stop support 3 times, and haven’t heard back either.
