Please use a standard shipping service that offers tracking and delivery confirmation. f-stop is not responsible for return shipping costs or packages lost in transit. As returns are received and inspected, refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. Refunds are made to the original payment method, unless store credit or exchanges is specifically requested.
