Cynthia Bandurek is an Argentinian Conservationist Ecologist, Field-Naturalist, Nature photographer, and wildlife artist. She has worked for more than eleven years at the Natural Science Museum and two years at the Darwinion Botanical Institute in Buenos Aires. In January 2021, Cynthia moved to Costa Rica to pursue work in conservation biology and conservation visual storytelling.
She participated in Conservation Projects in Argentina. She is the author of the Book: “The World of Small, An Approach to the Universe of Arthropods from an Artistic, Visual, and Evolutionary Perspective.”
Cynthia is Paws Trails Explorers Magazine's Editor for South America. She is Nature First Photography’s Ambassador. And she teaches Macro Photography.
Criz Quinn is a travel and photography enthusiast based in the US. She enjoys immersing herself in different cultures, forming meaningful connections, and capturing breathtaking sceneries in remote locations around the world. She loves visiting the arctic regions and has trusted f-stop gear products to keep her camera equipment safe from the harshest elements since 2018.
With a focus on Landscape and Aerial photography, Criz is also a licensed commercial drone pilot in the US and EU. Criz has owned and managed several photo tour companies in the US and Iceland since 2018. In addition to her artistic pursuits, Criz is a licensed clinical laboratory scientist specializing in Molecular Pathology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is highly respected in her field, having co-authored a book on Advanced Diagnostic Microbiology and published numerous peer-reviewed clinical articles on Infectious Disease. Criz is presently attending a Marketing Management and Digital Strategy program at Harvard University.

In recent years, their focus has shifted toward wildlife and conservation. Conor is a professional travel and destination photographer who travels the world to try and capture the most beautiful locations the planet has to offer. He also runs international landscape photography workshops and speaks at conferences, imparting his knowledge about photography, travel, and social media.
