Q: Will this fit my Sony 70-200 and 24-70mm lenses?
A: For the Sony 70-200mm lens and Sony 24-70mm lens the Protective Wrap 55cm would fit. That is one Protective Wrap 55cm for each lens. The Protective Wrap 40cm would also fit these size lenses.
Q: Are these Protective Wraps water proof or weather resistant?
A: Yes they are. they are made of Carbon neutral Bloomâ„¢ algae-based foam developed with special impact protection and triple layer materials cold press laminated for durable and strengthened bond. Water will not pass through unless the pressure is significant. The top layer is a polyester. That will absorb water but it should not pass through the foam.
This is the most used item in my camera bag. Going out and shooting photos the wrap allows me to carry a couple of lenses protect them as they wrap around them so they are not exposed to the elements and gives a great surface to change lenses.

I admit that when I first heard of this product, I wasn't sure it was something I would use, but I was wrong. I have gone my whole life without them, yet I now look forward to using them for specific cases, from added protection inside an Fstop bag to cases where I will use another bag. The best example for me is when I might leave my fstop ICU behind, such as when I am backpacking. Historically I packed my camera gear in the smallest ICU I could use and then put it in my backpacking pack. Often, this still results in wasted space and bulk in my pack. Now, these wraps (pick the right size or multiple to cover your bases) offer the ability to wrap a single extra lens with this product and safely stow it in my pack, which is something I am looking forward to this summer when I hit the trail. United StatesI honestly can’t remember the last time I was so impressed by a product. The materials used for this wrap cling to each other, and it is easy to see which side clings to which because they are different colours. You can wrap your valuable items such as cameras, lenses, wine, bottles, tripod, laptops, you name it and it will keep them safe Thanks for the algae based foam that is used inside. How safe? I had to find out, so I wrapped a cup in a protective wrap and beat it with a rubber mallet. I figured this was a reasonable test and that most drops etc. wouldn’t exceed this sort of impact. The cup was absolutely fine and without a mark on it. Would I be a camera, a lens or a delicate valuable with a rubber mullet in it for testing? Not unless somebody provided me a camera or a lens 🤣 Would I recommend this product? Absolutely! 100%! (And please excuse the mess in my kitchen…)

This is the type of thing you don't know you need until you use it and then you don't know how you lived without it. Silent adhesion without the problems of velcro, it is incredible how you can wrap your lenses, bodies, laptop in these wraps and give them that added protection you need for travel. Incredible for safaris, just fit the wrap and off you go in the vehicle, no fuss no muss just added protections.
