perfect replacement

soaked in very hot water for 3-4 minutes before using a wooden chopstick to pry open enough to stick into the track. Once in it works great!

Perfect Replacement for Rework Toshi Sternum Strap

I found the tiny sternum strap on the Toshi Rework backpack too small, so I looked for a replacement. However, this rail-type sternum strap is hard to find. I stumbled on the F-Stop sternum strap and it fits the backpack perfectly and is much easier to use. .. no more fumbling with a tiny buckle

Doesn’t fit Osprey

Seems well made and it’s certainly not f-stop’s fault but if you’re looking for a replacement sternum strap for an Osprey pack this won’t fit although it looks similar

Fits my REI pack

One of the sternum straps on my REI pack kept pulling out. It took a little elbow grease, but I was able to swap out both sides with this replacement strap in less than 2 minutes without needing to use any tools. Definitely better than the original strap!

Easy to attach, works with other rail systems

I actually needed to replace a similar strap on a non-f-stop pack. This strap was perfect and I really like the elastic part that my original strap didn’t have. It was easy to install at the bottom of the rails.
