Saco do Mamanguá is a very special place for a variety of reasons: unique geography, untouched Atlantic Forest, remote (no-road access) and traditional caiçara culture. We will explore the highlights of the region and still have time to keep it slow.
13.05.2026: We will meet in Paraty Mirim harbour at 11h30 where a boat will pick us up and lead to the villa. After check in and lunch, we will choose a remote beach of our preference and just relax. During dinner (included in price), we will get to know each other better and set the tone for the next days.
14.05.2026: We will paddle through sea, mangroves and visit a beautiful waterfall. On the afternoon, we will lunch on a traditional village and have a private craftwork demonstration (both included in price). Then we will find a nice place for sunset. Dinner included.
15.05.2026: Workshop morning. We will discuss topics accordingly to participants experiences. Then we'll do a short trail to another beautiful beach, get to know locals and see where they live and work. On the way back, we will stop to for a sunset firepit. Those who want can grab drinks.
16.05.2026: Sunrise hike! We will go up the Sugarloaf (its another sugarloaf) at 5am to catch sunrise. Stunning views. Then back for breakfast and some time off. On the afternoon we are free to chose what to do - stay at the villa, paddle or visit another section os the region.
17.05.2026: Breakfast and free activity morning. We will leave back to Paraty Mirim harbour after lunch.
